Vacation Bible School 2026 is Coming!

It's coming! Vacation Bible School at First Christian Church will be July 22-24, Wednesday through Friday, from 10AM until noon at the church. The theme this year is Emerald Crossing, an Irish Adventure through Psalm 23. You know that chapter, "The Lord is my shepherd." The lessons will teach children about Jesus as the good shepherd, and about us as the sheep that He loves so much.

VBS will consist of lessons, games, songs, and crafts, and your children and grandchildren will have a wonderful time making friends and learning about Jesus. You can pre-register your children or grandchildren at this webpage, or call the church office weekdays before 2PM at 528-1655.

We also need volunteers from the FCC church family to help out with VBS, whether it's one day or every day. You can sign up to volunteer through the same link or contact Youth Director Bailee Moore.

In a world filled with worry and confusion, kids need to know there is a God who cares for them. At Emerald Crossing VBS, they’ll journey through Ireland’s lush landscapes, exploring the powerful words of Psalm 23. They’ll discover the life of the shepherd-king David and will learn how to cross from worry to peace, from fear to faith, and from uncertainty to a firm foundation in God’s Word through a relationship with the Good Shepherd.
