You're Invited to Vacation Bible School!

As you can see, the Baker family has been busy preparing this year's Vacation Bible School set up. The decorations in the fellowship hall look pretty cool, as the theme this year is Waves of Wonder -just the thing we need to stay cool as August begins. VBS will meet on Friday, August first from 5-8 PM, and then Saturday, August 2 from 9AM until 12:30. There will be two classes, for kindergarten through grade 2, and for grades 3-5, although older and younger children are welcome. Each session will offer Bible stories, singing, games, crafts, and a meal. It's going to be a lot of fun! Register your children online here.

You can get involved even if you're not a kid. We need volunteers for set up, tear down, food service, and all the components of Vacation Bible School. Contact Hilary Baker to find out what holes need to be plugged in the roster of volunteers, or you can sign up online with this form.

Still, the most important thing you can do is invite all the children you know to attend VBS, and maybe even offer them a ride to the church. Let's all come together to make Waves of Wonder a great time for the kids!
