In compiling the church's history, one of the more intriguing tidbits was the Drama Club that FCC launched in the 1980s. This came up late in the process, but as the Walk Through History exhibit was set up for Homecoming, I saw that it was a pretty big project, spanning several years. Quite a few performances were archived in photos. I managed to snap a couple of pics about the club's first offering, a Neil Simon play titled "God's Favorite," a modern day retelling of the book of Job.

That first performance in November of 1984 got a nice write up in the newspaper.

I'm sorry to have missed all that, as I lived in another state during those years. If you recall seeing performances of FCC's dessert theater, or if you were a member of the Drama Club, leave a comment with your memories.
